Kroger’s pharmacy hours policies have been updated to make clear that “all Kroger pharmacy associates must wear uniform uniform and comply with all local laws and ordinances and state regulations.”
Kroger also added that “participating employees must be wearing their personal uniform.”
Kroger has also clarified its policy regarding employee safety.
“If an employee becomes aware of an incident involving an employee wearing a uniform or equipment that is not required by law, they should immediately notify the Kroger corporate office of the incident and we will provide appropriate training to help them understand the consequences of wearing a shirt that does not meet the requirements of state and federal laws and regulations,” the company said.
The company also added: “If you feel that you or your team members may have violated any local, state, or federal laws, regulations, or policies, we encourage you to report the incident to the local law enforcement office and/or the Krogeese office.”
